Kesko's half-year financial report for January-June 2026 was published on 22 July 2026. 

Kesko announced on 15 June 2026 it had agreed to acquire leading Nordic technical trade operator Dahl's companies in Sweden, Norway and Denrmark.

Kesko's interim report for January-March 2026 was published on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.

Kesko has published a voluntary Data balance sheet report for 2025 regarding its use of data and digitalisation. The Data balance sheet report provides a comprehensive picture of how Kesko utilises data to create value for both its customers and its business.

Kesko has also published a voluntary report on taxes ‘Kesko as a taxpayer’.  

Kesko Corporation's 2026 Annual General Meeting was held on 26 March 2026 at Kesko headquarters in Helsinki.

Kesko’s 2025 Annual Report comprises the sections Kesko’s direction, Report by the Board of Directors and Financial statements, and Corporate Governance. The sustainability statement is part of the Report by the Board of Directors.

Kesko also publishes financial statements complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements (ZIP-file).

The voluntary Data balance sheet report focusing on data and digitalisation and a report on Kesko as a taxpayer will be published later in the spring 2026.
