Kesko hosted an investor afternoon for analysts, investors and the media on 4 June 2024, with presentations by the President and CEO and other members of Kesko's top management and an extensive Q&A session.

The event comprised presentations by the President and CEO and other members of Kesko's top management as well as an extensive Q&A segment. Questions could be submitted to Kesko's management during the event.

Jorma Rauhala, President and CEO:

KESKO’S UPDATED GROWTH STRATEGY ENSURING SUCCESS IN A CHALLENGING MARKET

Rauhala assumed the role of President and CEO on 1 February 2024, having previously acted as Deputy CEO and President of the building and technical trade division, and before that, President of the grocery trade division. With the company since 1992.

Ari Akseli, President, grocery trade:

INVESTING TO GAIN MARKET SHARE WHILE MAINTAINING GOOD PROFITABILITY

Ari Akseli has been with Kesko since 1995 and acted as President of the grocery trade division since November 2017.

Sami Kiiski, President, building and technical trade:

STRENGTHENING OUR POSITION FOR FUTURE GROWTH

Kiiski took over as President of the building and technical trade division on 1 April 2024, having previously acted as President of the car trade division. He has been with the company since 2020.

Johanna Ali, President, car trade division:

ACCELERATING GROWTH IN ALL THREE BUSINESSES

Ali was appointed as President of the car tade division on 4 June 2024, having held the position in an acting role since April. Before that, she was the Vice President for Audi Finland within Kesko's car trade division. With the company since 2021.

Anu Hämäläinen, Chief Financial Officer:

FOCUSING ON CASH FLOW AND EFFICIENCY

Hämäläinen assumed the position of Kesko's Chief Financial Officer on 1 June 2024. She joined Kesko in 2020 as Vice President, Group Finance and Treasury.
