Kesko Corporation has on 29 October 2019 received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
According to the notification, on 28 October 2019 Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company’s holding in Kesko fell below the threshold of five (5) per cent for shares.
