Changes in Rautakesko's organisation and management

RAUTAKESKO LTD PRESS RELEASE 16.05.2012 AT 10.00 1(1)

Rautakesko's organisation will change on 1 June 2012 and the management team will be restructured. Rautakesko's Commerce unit will be divided into two areas of responsibility and support functions will be centralised. International Operations will report directly to the President as from 1 June.

Antti Ollila, M.Sc. (Agr. & For.), 46, has been appointed Vice President responsible for the product lines of tools, interior decoration, yard & garden and agriculture in Commerce as from 1 June. The directors of the product lines in question will report to him. Antti Ollila joined Kesko in 1994.

Mikko Pasanen, M.Sc. (Econ.), 39, has been appointed Vice President responsible for the product lines of building materials and HEPAC in Commerce and for B2B Sales as from 1 June. The directors of the product lines in question and B2B Sales will report to him. Mikko Pasanen joined Kesko in 2005.

Tommi Kasurinen, D.Sc. (Econ.), 40, has been appointed Vice President responsible for business support, finance, logistics and IT as from 1 June. He is currently the Financial Director of Byggmakker Norge AS. Tommi Kasurinen joined Kesko in 2003.

Jouko Björkman, LL.M., 51, has been appointed Vice President responsible for the concept and store sites and for legal affairs as from 1 June. He joined Kesko in 1986.

Mari Vuorre M.Sc. (Econ.), 39, has been appointed Director, responsible for HR and Communications as from 1 June. Mari Vuorre joined Kesko in 2011.

As Timo Virtanen, Vice President, International Operations, moves to other duties within the Kesko Group, K-rauta AB's Managing Director Johan Wiklund, Byggmakker Norge AS's acting Managing Director Irlinn Tystad, Country Director for Estonia and Latvia Alo Ivask and Country Director for Russia Mikko Nissinen will report to President Arja Talma.

Antti Ollila, Mikko Pasanen, Tommi Kasurinen, Jouko Björkman, Mari Vuorre, Johan Wiklund, Irlinn Tystad, Alo Ivask and Mikko Nissinen will be members of Rautakesko's management team and report to President Arja Talma. In addition to them, Rautakesko's management team will include Vice President Jani Karotie, K-rauta chain, Vice President Kimmo Vilppula, Rautia and K-maatalous chains, and President Arturas Rakauskas, Senukus Prebykos Centras.
