K-rauta's Avainkoti at the single-family housing exhibition in Tuuri, Töysä

Finndomo presents K-rauta's Avainkoti Kotiharju (house No. 7) at the Koti Sinulle (a home for you) housing exhibition, which will take place in Tuuri, Töysä from 5 to 27 July 2008.

Kotiharju is a prefabricated house, one in the new Avainkoti collection, which combines ease, efficiency and the comfort of living. The house has been designed for five, but if the family needs more space in the future, it can be expanded upstairs. The attic includes an area of 50 square metres which can be chosen to be finished later on to encompass for example two bedrooms and toilet facilities.

The average total delivery time of Avainkoti is four months from the granting of the building permit. The price of the house package is always agreed beforehand and it will be fixed. The total price includes all the materials, supplies, fittings, machinery and equipment as well as the mounting. The factory grants a 10-year warranty covering the load-bearing structures supplied by it and a two-year warranty covering the mounting.
