According to retailer Jukka Aaltio, the K-rauta store in Lanterna has paid much attention to enhancing customer service. It is important that customers can find products and product information easily. Something new is assisting customers with shelf signage that consist of product pictures and texts. Increased shelf heights enable a wider choice in the same space complemented with the presentation of ideas and solutions. K-rauta's outdoor area operates on the drive-in principle, which allows one-stop purchasing, car loading and paying. The selection of the K-rauta store consists of 30,000 products.

The store traffic pattern begins from decoration-related items, such as fabrics and carpets, only recently included in the K-rauta selection. The store centre has a showroom area, where kitchens, bathrooms, saunas, hall and storage solutions, as well as fireplaces, lamps and other home furnishings are displayed. The third section is housing technology, tools and other products related to building and renovation. The fourth section consists of the seasonal yard and garden store.

Asko has taken customer needs into account and developed a store concept that highlights service, elements of interior decoration and product display. Asko offers versatile solutions for demanding customers. The selection consists of home furniture, carpets, lamps, and a range of small items and textiles.

Sotka meets customer needs with an affordable high volume selection that is fast adaptable to demand. The range includes home furniture and a limited selection of interior decoration items.
