We expect all Kesko employees and business partners to properly internalise the K Code of Conduct. The K Code of Conduct contains 12 principles, and clear examples lay out what is expected of Kesko employees and business partners for example in the areas of human rights, environmental care and fair competition.
Kesko has prepared an eLearning package for its employees to smoothly internalise the K Code of Conduct.
The K Code of Conduct has been published in all the languages of Kesko’s operating countries: Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian and Polish.

SpeakUp is a confidential reporting channel of Kesko Group. The reporting channel is an important tool to uphold customers' and stakeholders' trust in Kesko’s business. Employees of Kesko Group, as well as suppliers, customers and other stakeholders can report suspected criminal offences or misconduct or actions against the K Code of Conduct.
