Change in the ownership of Kesko Corporation's own shares

KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE NOTIFICATION 20.07.2012 AT 09.00 1(1)

476 B shares (KESBV) have been returned to Kesko Corporation without consideration in accordance with the terms of Kesko's three-year share-based compensation plan. The shares were initially transferred to a person in the target group of the share-based compensation plan's 2011 vesting period.

After the return of the shares, Kesko holds 607,725 own B shares.
