ALEKSI 13 OY TO L-FASHION GROUP OY

In accordance with the preliminary agreement signed on 20 December 1999, Kesko has sold the whole of Aleksi 13 Oy’s share capital to L-Fashion Group Oy for account of a company to be established.

The business operations of Aleksi 13 Oy consist of nine department stores for clothing and shoes and three stores specialised in shoes and bags. In 1999, the company’s net sales amounted to FIM 232 million (about EUR 39 million).
