KESKO SOLD SHAREHOLDING IN MTV

Kesko and its subsidiaries have sold all of their 4,120 shares in MTV Oy in May-June through several deals in a total value of approximately FIM 98 million.

The Kesko Corporation gained a profit of nearly FIM 83 million from this transaction.
