Kesko's main office building in Katajanokka to be renovated

Brick degradation and moisture damage in insulation have been found in the facade structures of Kesko's main office building in Katajanokka. Kesko has decided to apply for a building permit to rebuild the facades. The matter has been examined in cooperation with the City of Helsinki because the facades of the property are protected under planning regulations.

Measurements carried out in the office building have found pollutants in indoor air.

Based on the above, a decision has been made to find replacement premises in the Greater Helsinki area for the Kesko Corporation and Kesko Food Ltd units working in the main office building.

Kesko's main office building is located in Katajanokka, Helsinki, at Satamakatu 3.
