International Accord

K-Citymarket’s mywear brand clothing and myhome brand home textiles are manufactured in Bangladesh. At the moment, Kesko makes no purchases of own brand textiles from Pakistan.

Kesko requires the ready-made garment factories in Bangladesh that produce own brand clothing and home textiles to be included in the International Accord process.

In 2025, all eight textile factories in Bangladesh producing for K-Citymarket’s mywear and myhome brands were included in the International Accord process. Factories are inspected regularly, and the process of remediating detected deficiencies is monitored. In 2025, 33 factory inspections were made at the factories producing for the mywear and myhome brands. Training is also organised for the workers at the factories.
