Kesko’s 2020 Annual Report has been published

The financial statements comprise the consolidated financial statements and the parent company’s financial statements. The review of non-financial information is included in the Report by the Board of Directors.

The Annual Report’s Corporate Governance section comprises Kesko’s Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies. 

The section on Kesko’s direction provides a review of Kesko’ strategy and its execution. The Sustainability section of the report has been assured by an independent third party, and depicts key areas of sustainability for the company and its stakeholders and progress made in those areas.

The reports are attached to this release, and also available at: Annual Reports (kesko.fi).

Kesko is also issuing an XHTML financial review complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements on a voluntary basis. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements in the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The Audit firm Deloitte Oy has provided to company an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised) on Kesko’s ESEF Financial Statements.
