K-rauta’s Avainkoti Kotikaski at the Hämeenlinna Housing Fair

K-rauta participates the Housing Fair in Hämeenlinna from 13 July to 12 August with the Avainkoti house brand. The number of Avainkoti Kotikaski is 54, and it is located at Kaskikaarre 17. Avainkoti is manufactured at the production facilities of Finndomo Oy, from where it is delivered ready for use. Interior decoration materials, furniture and appliances can be selected by the customer. Planning and selection are facilitated by the Step In interior decoration programme developed by Avainkoti. The turnkey contract comprises the foundation of the house including all ground, sewage, water distribution and electricity work, plus cooperation with authorities and the building inspection. The customer receives the house keys in about four months from the building permit date.

The Avainkoti houses are sold by all K-rauta stores in Finland.

The Avainkoti Kotikaski house at the fair area was ready for moving in at the beginning of May, well before the housing fair opens. The floor plan of Avainkoti Kotikaski is wide and spacious. The entrance is on the long façade under a slanting roof and through the backyard. The entrance hall leads to the kitchen, living room and a spare room, which can be used as an office or a tenant’s room. A separate outbuilding, architecturally in line with the house, accommodates a two-car garage and a spacious storage.

The living area of the house is 169 sqm and that of the outbuilduing 58 sqm. The house façade represents modern town architecture. The covered veranda is an additional summer living room until late autumn. The outbuilding and the fence give shelter to the yard area.
