K-GIFT CARD TERMS OF DELIVERY

Delivery terms

• Delivery time: approx. 5-10 business days
• Cards are delivered by post without value – the value is loaded after the payment is logged
• Gift cards are ready to use only after the value has been downloaded
• Email notification when cards are available

Payment fees

• Less than 100 pcs: 10 €/order
• 100–500 pcs: 15 €/order
• Over 500 pcs: 20 €/order

Billing

• Paper or e-invoice invoicing
• For e-invoicing, you must provide your business ID, e-invoice ID, operator/provider ID, EDI ID
• The processing time for a new customer is approximately 2 working days
• Customer number speeds up processing (not mandatory)

Return

• Unactivated cards can be returned before payment
• Manufacturing costs may be charged for returns
• Paid cards are non-refundable
