KESKO SOLD KESTRA KIINTEISTÖPALVELUT TO ABB KIINTEISTÖPALVELUT

In accordance with the preliminary agreement signed on 4 August 2000, Kesko has today sold the business operations of Kestra Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy, a real estate company owned by it, to ABB Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy, starting from 1 January 2001. At the same time, a cooperation and service agreement was signed between Kesko and ABB Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy concerning maintenance services for Kesko’s real estate properties.
