Kesko has today published its 2023 Annual Report, which comprises the sections Kesko’s direction, Sustainability, Financial review, Governance, and Data balance sheet. The report is published in PDF format in Finnish and English.
Kesko publishes an XHTML financial review complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The firm of authorised public accountants Deloitte Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Kesko’s ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised). The financial review containing the ESEF financial statements can be found as an attachment to this release and online on Kesko’s website.
The full Kesko 2023 Annual Report is attached to this release and also available online on the Annual Reports webpage (kesko.fi). The 2023 financial statements and Report by the Board of Directors are part of this Annual Report. The Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report can be found as separate PDF attachments to this release.
