Change in the holding of Kesko Corporation's treasury shares

A total of 1,962 B shares (KESBV) have been returned to Kesko Corporation in accordance with the terms and conditions of Kesko's share-based compensation plans 2011-2013 and 2014-2016. The shares had initially been transferred to persons included in the target groups of the 2013, 2014 and 2015 vesting periods of the share-based compensation plans.

After the return of the shares, Kesko holds 742,272 own B shares as treasury shares.
