4. Purpose of processing personal data (use of register):
The form aims to provide an opportunity to order Kesko Group publications and releases. An order can be made either on a one-time only or a permanent basis. Publications can be delivered either in electronic or printed form.
The contact information of those placing one-off orders will not be kept after the publication/release has been sent.
The contact information of those placing permanent orders will be saved in order to send the publications/releases, until it is requested that the order be discontinued.
5. Data content of the register:
The order form contains the following personal data:
Name, company/corporation name, street and postal address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.
6. Regular sources of information:
Self-registration.
7. Regular conveyance of data and transfer of data outside the EU or European Economic Area:
Address data can be conveyed to the mailing company responsible for mailing Kesko's publications, but only for the purpose of mailing Kesko's publications.
8. Principles of register protection:
Manual material: printed only when necessary. Paper printouts will be destroyed immediately after processing.
Saved data: orders come to Kesko Communications by e-mail. The read, send and delete rights of e-mail messages received have been limited to Communications staff.
9. Right to check the data:
Those entered in the register have the right to check the registered data concerning them, the right to require correction of inaccurate information, the right to require deletion of their data, and to also otherwise resort to the rights guaranteed to them by the Personal Data Act. A written request concerning the checking and correction of data can be addressed to the person responsible for register issues (see point 2) or alternatively an agreement can be made in advance with the person responsible for register issues to check the data at the register keeper's premises.
