Kesko also recognises employee anniversaries - personal and career - according to agreed practice.  

Kesko uses more than €2 million on employees' recreational and spare time activities annually. The Occupational Health Service focuses on operations that maintain the ability to work and prevent illnesses. The aim is to cut sickness absences and promote a higher working capacity on a systematic basis.

The Kesko Staff Club and the K-Team provide recreation for leisure. The Staff Club offers sporty, cultural and recreational leisure activities to Kesko employees. The main club is divided into district clubs, which are independently responsible for their leisure activities.

K-Team arranges the K-Team Päivät event for retailers and store employees, different excursions, theatre trips, physical activities and other recreation.
