K-job competition

Rules and instructions of the K-job competition

The K-job 2015 competition seeks the Young Employee of the Year and the Employer of the Young of the Year. The competition is open to anyone who wants to put forward his or her favourite among the K-Group employees for either or both of the series.

Based on the entries, a panel of representatives from the K-Retailers’ Association and Kesko will prepare a shortlist of three candidates in both series. These three will then be presented to the Board of the K-Retailers’ Association which includes a member from Kesko.

The final winners, i.e. the Young Employee of the Year and the Employer of the Young of the Year, will be selected by the Board in early September.

Kesko Corporation and the K-Retailers’ Association will organise a prize draw among all of those who have put forward their entries through this link. The draw is open to all natural persons at least 18 years of age living in Finland. Participation in the competition is without an obligation to buy. Participants will complete a form available via the link. The competition organiser will not be responsible for any entries failing to arrive due to technical reasons, or for incomplete, inappropriate or illegible entries.

Ten K-gift cards of 50 euros each will be drawn as prizes among all of those who have put forward an entry and given their contact details. The gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. The winners will be notified personally and their names will be published on this website on week 36. The participants’ names or other contact details will not be used for marketing purposes.

The Young Employee of the Year and the Employer of the Young of the Year will be rewarded at the K-Team Päivät event on 31 October 2015 in Helsinki.
